Working Principle of Corn Sheller Machine

1. The corn thresher machine’s composed of corn inlet, corn kernel outlet, corn cob outlet, impurity outlet, elevator and conveyor.
2. Put the corn onto the conveyor, it will transfer corn to the threshing chamber equably.
3. A small amount of impurity passes through the screen with the corn, and impurities smaller than screen’s holes will fall out. Impurities will be transported to the outlet by the screen.
4. Corn particles pass through the sieve into the granulating device.The corn cob after threshing is discharged from the straw outlet.
